UPDATE: Deadline for abstracts extended to 15 June
The International Horticultural Forum: 6th International Trade Show for Horticultural and Floricultural Production and Processing Technology will be held in BITEC, Bangkok, Thailand on 22 August 2018. The forum is organized by Horti Asia and the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS) with support from Kasetsart University.
The major topics to be discussed in the Forum are pre-harvest factors affecting post-harvest quality, post-harvest factors affecting post-harvest quality, food safety on fresh produce, and cold chain, supermarkets, and market opportunities.
Keynote speakers for the Forum are M. Yves Gidoin Angers, General Manager of Fleuron d’Anjou; Dr. Antonio Acedo, Mekong Institute (MI), Thailand; Ms. Paphavee Suthavivat, Managing director of Swift Co.; and Professor Emeritus Errol W. Hewett, Massey University, New Zealand. Professor Hewett is an Ordinary Member of TFNet and was previously an expert member of the Board of Trustees.
The Forum is inviting participants to to present a paper or poster at this International Horticultural Forum. The early bird registration fees are USD 150 for international delegates and THB 3,500 for Thai delegates.
