SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Abstracts should not exceed 300 words and it must clearly indicate the problem, objectives, research methods, results, conclusions and five key words describing the paper.
- Only abstracts submitted in English will be accepted.
- Once accepted, a full paper is required to be submitted for inclusion in the symposium proceedings.
- Deadline for abstract submission is 9 October 2023.

FULL PAPER GUIDELINES (ONLY APPLIES FOR ORAL PRESENTERS)
- Full manuscript must be 5-8 pages in length, A4 size.
- Paper Structure:
– Paper title, author(s), affiliation(s), addresses, email addresses, abstract, keywords,
– Introduction: Purpose and objectives
– Materials and methodology
– Discussion of findings and results
– Conclusions, implications, and recommendations
– Acknowledgements (when appropriate)
– References

POSTER GUIDELINES
- Poster size: A0 (33.1 x 46.8 inches or 841 x 1189 mm)
- The poster should include the title, abstract, introduction (background study and objectives), methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion.
- Poster submissions do not need to submit full papers
ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Each presenter will be given 20 minutes: 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for question and answer. Kindly strictly adhere to this time limit.
PUBLICATION
The main document that will be produced are symposium proceedings (with e-ISBN), including a compilation of key presentations and other information materials. The proceedings will be indexed in CAB Abstracts and Google Scholar.
