TFNet Members Satisfaction Survey - Need Analysis


As an outcome from the TFNet Strategic Planning Workshop held on 17-18 February, 2009 the above survey (as part of Need Analysis) was proposed during the discussion to determine and evaluate satisfaction of members towards services and benefits provided by TFNet so far. The survey form has been sent to members quite recently via email for their earnest responses. Therefore, members are required to spare some of their quality time to honestly answer those questions in the survey. Please return this survey to the secretariat soonest possible for analysis and the result will be made known to members favorably during the TFNet 4th General Assembly on 20th August, 2009.
